I enjoy working with companies and creatives who value the potency of good storytelling and am always happy to explore possible projects with you.

I began my career in letters as a paperboy for the Petaluma Argus-Courier. Since then, I’ve clocked hundreds of bylines, written novels, screenplays, and created over 40 short films, music videos, and branded entertainments. My latest is the feature film Pill Head, which the Press Democrat says is “…Satirically off-the-wall…”

I’m the author, most recently, of Quantum Deadline, which the North Bay Bohemian observed is a “…noirish, sci-fi-lite detective story with a heap of self-parody that’s by turns poignant, witty and comic.” I’ve written premium content for Medium, wine stories for Men’s Health, and produced arts coverage for the San Francisco Chronicle among other Bay Area bylines. Meanwhile, I maintain my own branded presence at DaedalusHowell.com.

So, yes, I “eat my own dog food,” as they say. This gives me inherent insight into creative problems and processes and helps me help you deliver your best work. Simply put, I get it.
